Holding Space

​This "inner"active experience represents a unique opportunity for participants to be seen and held by the founder of Mother Earth Academy, Chris Omni.

When "Holding Space," there are no words exchanged between the participant and Chris. However, an entire conversation will be felt between the two. Through the sharing of a collective breath, eye contact, and a warm embrace (via holding hands or a hug), participants leave the experience with a sense of calm, healing, and rejuvenation.
